Shipping & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Crafted MFG order. If something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom products that are:

• Unworn and unused

• In new, resellable condition

• Returned with any original tags or packaging

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Unless the product was shipped incorrectly or arrived defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product Colors

We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products online. However, colors may appear differently depending on photography, lighting, screen brightness, monitor settings, and the device being used.

Minor differences between how a color appears online and how it appears in person are not considered a product defect or fulfillment error.

If you receive the correct product and color that was ordered but decide the color is not what you expected, you may return the item according to our standard return policy. Return shipping in these situations is the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If we shipped the wrong product, wrong color, wrong size, or your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be an error on our end, Crafted MFG will cover the cost of return shipping and work with you on a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different color, size, or style, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the original item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

Replacement items are subject to availability.

Custom & Decorated Orders

Because custom and decorated products are produced specifically for each customer, custom orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to preference, color selection, sizing, or approved artwork.

If Crafted MFG makes an error in the production of your custom order or the product arrives defective, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

Please carefully review and approve all artwork, product colors, quantities, sizes, and other order details before production begins.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Products that are worn, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise not in resellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Crafted MFG.
